SMYRC and the Oregon GSA
Network are teaming up to present this year's
Oregon Queer Youth Summit (OQYS)
This will serve as 2010's major
conference for LGBTQ identified youth. You might be asking yourself, "What about
the GSA Summit?" OQYS is a combination of the GSA Summit and the Oregon Queer
Youth Conference (OQYC), which has also occurred in previous years. The Oregon
Queer Youth Summit event will appeal to and meet the needs of youth who are
actively involved in GSAs at their schools as well as non-GSA affiliated LGBTQ
youth.
